Our Pollo Fino is one of our unique plate dishes, along with our marinated chicken. Our marinated chicken is yummy, tangy, and full of flavor. This chicken was named after a saying of the founder's late father, and in honor of him, this dish was created.

One of our specialties at Rico Bueno is providing in-house-made chorizo. Chorizo is a typical breakfast meat and is commonly made out of pork. Our chorizo is made with turkey! The chorizo maintains its taste but with leaner meat so that you can enjoy your breakfast guilt-free. 

Tamales! Tamales! Come get your Tamales! These yummy corn-filled pockets are a staple in Mexican cuisine. We make different flavors of tamales fresh each week. We sometimes have tamales available throughout the week. Don't be shy to ask if we have tamales available! 

Can't have gluten? No Problem! At Rico Bueno we have gluten free alternatives for dishes that are traditionally gluten based. We make our gluten-free tortillas fresh. A traditional corn tortilla is gluten free! We were able to master the perfect size and perfect alternative so that you could enjoy our dishes here at Rico Bueno.
